We’re launching something a little different at ATH called “Conversations on a Comfy Couch.” This is a new live series where medicine, aesthetics, and real-life wellness come together in a way that feels honest, relaxed, and actually human. No lectures, no awkward clinical energy—just real conversations about the things people are actually dealing with day to day. We’ll be launching our first episode LIVE
- May 6 at 8:00 PM (so you can still catch Jeopardy 😉)
- Then continuing every 1st and 3rd Wednesday at 8 PM.
Each episode will open the door to topics that don’t always get talked about openly, including stress, burnout, and that feeling of being “off” even when life looks fine on the outside. We’ll also talk about skin, confidence, and aesthetics in a real-world way—not just what you see on social media—as well as medical questions people often hesitate to ask out loud. The goal is to look at health as something that isn’t one-dimensional, but instead a mix of how you feel physically, emotionally, and how you show up in your daily life and in your own skin.
Before we launch, we’ll also be announcing a special guest, adding another layer to the conversation right from the start. This is meant to be a space where people can bring questions, listen in, or just be part of a more grounded, honest discussion about health and wellness. No pressure, no judgment—just a place to sit down, slow things down a bit, and talk about what actually matters.
If the name sounds familiar, it's a nod to Molly and the safe space she created on The Big Comfy Couch!
UPDATE: This blog was in drafts and waiting to be published... whoops! We did it! Our first episode was LIVE last night! Don't worry, you can still watch it here:
